I started my martial arts training under Master Chris Ritter who is in possession of the 7th Dan in Shaolin Moh Temple-Style.
In 2006 I went on a fourteen month trip to Asia. In the Shongshang Shaolin Temple in China I lived and trained for about six months, followed by 3 months Thai boxing training in Thailand.
In the past years I have always developed further. Practically every year, I travel for several weeks to China or Thailand to continue my training.
In addition, I successfully completed the international instructor course in Krav Maga in Israel in 2019.
Parallel to the hard school I also train the soft school of Tai Chi Chuan and the Waterboxing "Liu He Ba Fa".
